Two parallel tracks: one for design and contracting professionals who refer buyers; one for the service-side professionals — technicians, plumbers, electricians, roasters — who keep machines running for the decades they were built to last.
TRACK ONE
For interior designers, kitchen designers, architects, and luxury contractors whose clients are acquiring ultra-premium espresso machines as part of larger projects.
Qualified referrals that result in completed acquisitions through VOLTAcrema generate referral compensation paid directly to the trade member. Structure depends on tier and acquisition value.
Trade members receive priority advisory attention for client projects, including direct phone consultation, expedited configuration support, and coordination with manufacturers on lead time and delivery logistics.
Verified trade members are listed in our private referral network, accessed when our buyers ask for designer or contractor recommendations during their project.
For trade members whose projects feature VOLTAcrema acquisitions, we offer editorial collaboration — case study development, photography coordination, and feature inclusion in our content for mutual visibility.
TRACK TWO
For certified espresso machine technicians, residential plumbers experienced with luxury kitchens, electricians familiar with 220V hardwired commercial appliance installations, and specialty coffee roasters operating at the third-wave standard.
As we expand our national support network, we are establishing partnerships with regional professionals our buyers can trust for installation, ongoing maintenance, and service. The relationship is reciprocal: we send qualified work to verified partners; partners refer machine acquisitions back to us when their clients ask.
Service partners are listed in our buyer-facing network directory by region and specialty. When VOLTAcrema buyers in your area need installation or service, we recommend you directly.
Service partners who refer machine acquisitions to VOLTAcrema receive referral compensation on completed sales — typically a percentage of commission earned, paid quarterly.
For Atelier and Acquisition tier installations, we coordinate directly between you and the manufacturer to ensure correct specifications, water filtration, and electrical requirements before the machine arrives.
Where available through our manufacturer partners, service network members receive priority access to factory training programs, technical bulletins, and parts availability for the brands in our collection.
